CINSAM offers research poster printing services for 91Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ research celebration events and other regional, national and international conferences for the following 91Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ departments:

  • Biological Sciences
  • Chemistry & Biochemistry
  • Computer Science & Software Engineering (including Data Science)
  • Cybersecurity & Information Technology
  • Mathematics & Statistics
  • Physics, Geology, and Engineering Technology
  • STEM Teacher Education

Instructions & Deadlines

Before submitting a print request, please read the following:

  • CINSAM will not reprint posters. Submitters are required to ensure that the poster files are error-free when submitted to CINSAM.
  • Submissions will not be accepted by flash-drive or from students.
  • For small event requests (1 - 3 posters per requestor), submissions must be received at least two business days (48 hours)* prior to when the poster is needed.
  • For large event requests (4 - 6 posters per requestor), submissions must be received at least three business days (72 hours)* prior to when the poster is needed. For large events commonly attended by 91Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ STEM faculty and students, CINSAM reserves the right to publish earlier submission deadlines to accomodate everyone in a timely fashion. Large events include (but are not limited to):
    • 91Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ Celebration of Student Research and Creativity
    • Heather Bullen Summer Research Celebration
    • Kentucky Academy of Science Annual Meeting
  • Late print requests may be accepted if capacity allows, but fulfillment is not guaranteed. In such a case, the requestor would need to find another printing source.

*Weekends, holidays, and other university closures are outside of normal business hours and do not count toward the hours worth of notice that is required for printing.
