• Keep your receipts and leave books wrapped in cellophane until you have the correct books for all your classes.

• If you attend Northern Exposure, have your photo taken during your session and pick up your at the conclusion of the program.
• If you plan to complete the online orientation program, you may visit the All Card office (Student Union 120) as early as two weeks before classes begin and at least two business days after registering for classes. Bring a current driver’s license, state-issued photo ID, or passport.
  • Online only students: if you have not been issued an 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ All Card previously and would like to receive one, contact the All Card office by email no sooner than two weeks prior to the start of the semester to request one. Include your full name and the last four digits of your social security number. This is an accommodation for fully online students only. If you will be taking any classes on campus, you will need to visit the office for an All Card.

Earn college credit for your military training. All military transcripts including the Community College of the Air Force transcripts should be sent to:

Once transcripts are received, a Transfer Evaluator will enter your coursework and evaluate courses based on guidelines set forth by ACE recommendations. Once entered and evaluated, a Transfer Credit Approval Report will be mailed to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the entry and evaluation of your transcript. There is no fee for these transcripts.

We're here to assist you in attaining the services you need to persist to graduation. Navigating the various support programs can seem overwhelming and time consuming.
