INSIDE THE CRAFT: FRESH GNOCCHI WITH SCOTT CONANT
Join acclaimed chef Scott Conant for an exclusive, hands-on culinary experience limited to just eight guests. In this interactive workshop, Scott will guide participants through the process of making fresh gnocchi from scratch, sharing techniques, tips and stories along the way.
Each guest will create their own batch of handmade gnocchi to take home, gaining the confidence to recreate this classic Italian favorite in their own kitchen. The experience concludes with a tasting of Scott’s finished gnocchi dish served with Martone Street Sauce.
