Where exceptional taste earns exceptional rewards. With the Woodlake Market Loyalty Program, every dollar spent earns a point — redeemable for Market credits or the experiences that define Kohler: dining, spa, golf, lodging, and more.

Woodlake Market Loyalty program cannot be used with bulk purchasing. All rewards are subject to availability, some exclusions apply. Management has the final discretion on viability of product purchase towards points accumulation.

Kohler Waters Spa rewards must be scheduled ahead of time. Day passes exclude weekends and holidays.ÌýSpa Services Monday–Thursday only. Non-redeemable on all holidays, including week between Christmas and New Year's. Dining rewards must be scheduled ahead of time.Ìý

Lodging rewards redemption is subject to availability at the discretion of Kohler Hospitality. A credit card will be required to secure your reservation. The original certificate must be presented at time of check in or all charges will be the bearer's responsibility until such time as the original document is provided. This certificate has no cash value and is not transferable or redeemable for cash or trade to other promotions, packages, or services within our resort hotel and associated businesses. Valid six months from time of acceptance.

Redemption Information

1. Customers Can Redeem Anytime

Customers may redeem rewards once they have enough points for an available reward.

Ìý

2. Mix & Match Is Allowed

Customers can combine reward levels.

Example: If a customer has 1,000 points, they may choose one 1,000-point reward, two 500-point rewards, five 200-point rewards, or any combination totaling 1,000 points.

3. How Do Guests Redeem Points?

Guests redeem their points by visiting the Customer Service desk at Woodlake Market. Redemption begins August 1^st. Once points are redeemed, the reward is non-refundable.

4. Do Points Expire?

Points: Loyalty points do not expire as long as the account remains active. If there is no account activity or no points are redeemed for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive and disabled. Once an account is disabled, any unused points will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.

Woodlake Market Store Credit: Store credit must be used upon redemption.

Experience Vouchers: Experience reward vouchers are valid for six months from issuance and are subject to availability.

How do I check my points?

Customers can access their loyalty points on their Woodlake Market receipt or by asking an associate.

Ìý

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Points are non-transferable and belong only to the enrolled member.

Can I combine accounts with my spouse?

No. One account per person. Accounts may not be combined.

Ìý

Can I get cash instead of rewards?

No. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

What if I return something?

Points earned on refunded purchases will be deducted from the account.

Can I earn points on alcohol?

Yes. Alcohol purchases are included in point accumulation. Alcohol cannot be purchased with store credit, however.

Do I need to use my rewards right away?

Once rewards are selected and vouchers are issued, customers should follow the redemption instructions associated with that reward. Experience vouchers generally remain valid for six months from issuance.
