About the 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Workday Project
The 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Workday Project will reach nearly every corner of campus life - enhancing how we work, communicate, and deliver services. Our project team consists of more than 75 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ employees from HR, Finance and IT roles partnering with subject matter experts from across campus.

Phase Details

Phase 0: Planning | January - May 2025 (Complete)

During Phase Zero, 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ leaders and stakeholders met with Avaap consultants (91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ’s Workday implementation partner) to develop our strategic plan for the Workday Project including, the project vision, goals and objectives.

 

Phase 1: Human Capital Management & Financial Management | May 2025 - June 2026

During Phase One, the 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Workday Project team configures Workday to meet the Human Capital and Financial Management needs of 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. In June 2026, at the completion of this phase, Workday will provide 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ employees with a unified platform for HR-related and core financial processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, time tracking and payroll, purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, expenses and more.
 
Phase 1 Timeline
  • Planning and Design: April - July 2025
    • Setting up Workday to meet the needs of 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ
  • Configuration: July - November 2025
    • The project team configures and tests system sections.
    • Initial previews of 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Workday start to take shape.
  • Testing: December - March 2026
    • The project team refines Workday with help from 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Human Resource and Finance specialists who help test the system.
  • Training and Readiness: March – May 2026
    • Training and other resources will help 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ employees navigate and prepare for Workday.
  • Go-Live: June 2026
    • 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Workday is ready to use! Support will be available for all employees as they use the new system.

Phase 2 | Student Information Services and Reporting | July 2026 - July 2027

In Phase Two, the 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Workday Project will shift focus to student systems. More information about this phase will be provided in early 2026.
